You'd be better asking that directly of Aerosoft, to be honest.

What I can say is that if you reinstall Windows, you can just re-enter your purchase codes to get your credits back. Once you have entered them and assigned credits to an airport, you cannot unassign them and use them to activate another airport (e.g. by uninstalling and reinstalling AES itself) - otherwise customers would only buy one pack of credits and just move them around to cover where they want to fly, which isn't the way the system works, I'm afraid.

What I'd suggest is that, prior to uninstalling your add-on airports, you disable them in AESHelp, then uninstall and reinstall FS and your add-on airports, then reactivate them (you might need to run the "repair" function) inside AESHelp and you should be back up and running. I've uninstalled and reinstalled airports inside the sim to make sure they can be accessed again. I haven't reinstalled the entire sim during testing of either AES 1 or 2 to test what you want to do, however, so as I said on the top line, you might want to ask the developers that directly.

Thanks for your comments!

Nice review, thanks.

There is just one thing that holds me back: the credit system. To buy support for airports you need credits. But what happens if I reinstall FSX? After every upgrade I want a fresh install and that happens to be once every six months. Do I lose the credits and have to repurchase or what?
