A new ATC game for both fun and simulation is available at simMarket from Big Fat Simulations, known for Airport Madness series among other titles.
It’s fun and addictive if you like ATC control as approach and departure controller, and a simulation in the same time as you can activate options of more realism in displays, aircraft reactions and FAA separation rules. There are a free demo here and a tutorial video on the product page.

The mazes are fun but the full 10 level package is awesome. Filled with realism, the real ATC type sectors are exciting!!!
