Tonga Domestic FSX is their newest entry, featuring 3 domestic airports in Kingdom of Tonga. It covers all the three islands with photoreal textures, custom vegetation. You may add to it a mesh and AI ships traffic with MyTraffic for instance.

If the 100 knots cruise flights are definately not your thing, the business jet aviation may be. Have a look at the FSX version of the Cessna Citation CJ1+ developed by Eaglesoft.

To achieve such performance, the covered areas are planned and selected but they support FSX, FS2004 or X-Plane. [...]
