Developed by TOPCAT makers, PFPX looks really promising. Their website reveals a development status update and enables a flight plan sample download as a preview.
The flight file brings many informations, with alternate route and weather reports, NOTAMs and various wind prognosis winds maps. That makes it look very professional and closer to a real life dispatch flight file than what we have been used to in common flight simulation.
