The use of photo scenery has become very popular since it really took off with FS9 and numerous developers are now creating it for FS9, FSX and X-Plane.
This latest release from AST Tech is for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (Sp2 or Accel) and covers the city and environs of Milan in Italy. The scenery comes in two resolutions; 0.59m/pixel for the city of Milan itself and 1.19m/pixel for the wider area. It is supplied without autogen, in order to “ensure smooth FSX performance and crisp, clear textures“.
