The aircraft included in this pack are made for use in an addon scenery developed for FSX, FS2004, X-Plane or Flight Gear.
JetStream Designs sell their source files (.gmax or .max) and the licence to make them appear in a freeware or commercial airport scenery as static aircraft. In the first pack, you get A320 (IAE + CFM engines variants), ATR 42 and CRJ 700 with different liveries and the paintkit.

If claiming it is for x-plane they should include it already in x-plane .obj format,
