- simFlight GmbH is in no way responsible for the kind of ADs which will be displayed.
- Ads promoting pornography, religion or/and racism are not permitted and will be removed without any notification. Payments will not be refunded whatsoever.
- Ads promoting any Copyright Infringement or/and that violate current German and/or International law will be removed without any notification. Payments will not be refunded whatsoever.
- We reserve the right to remove any Ad we deem not suitable without any previous notification.
- We reserve the right to freely place the AD on any position of  this site.
- Every transaction is recorded by the software which has the date and time of purchase and its expiry time. The system sees to it that the Ads are displayed automatically on a successful purchase for the particular period and will be taken off after the Ad’s expiry date.
