FlightBeam team is working on the last details of SFO scenery for FSX : reflective windows on buildings, revamped ground textures, 3D grass, dynamic jetways with reflective effects and shine.
Its controlled by the user & can be configured to your liking via a .cfg file. Its an optional addon so you probably shouldn’t worry about it if you don’t like the gloomy look.
I’m sure the scenery will be awesome from what I’ve seen.

Hi George
Even the ground looks dark, is that bloom plugin controlled by the user or by the developer? meaning in my settings I make it look that way or is something already predifined in the development of the scenery?
I think its just the Bloom plugin he’s using that makes it look dark. I agree its too dark but it still looks fab to me.
cheers,
george

Nice, although I have been to San Francisco, don’t know why the screenshots and video make it look as some place dark and gloomy at least the textures make it look that way. They should take a look at Flytampa’s KSFO, which resembles accurately how bright and summer like the airport environment is.
By the way, the video shows the building flickering, perhaps they should fix that before release.
