iBlueYonder’s Dallas Love Field Coming Soon to X-Plane 12

iBlueYonder, the brand led by veteran scenery developer Bill Womack, has announced an upcoming release of KDAL Dallas Love Field for X-Plane 12. This project is being brought to life in collaboration with X-Plane developers StableSystem and Joshomoore, who approached Womack about porting the MSFS version nearly a year ago. The team has invested significant effort into adapting the scenery for X-Plane’s rendering engine and feature set, and the release is now just around the corner. A few teaser images have been shared, showcasing the airport’s progress and capturing the signature attention to detail that iBlueYonder is known for.

Fans of Womack’s work will recognize KDAL from its earlier release for Microsoft Flight Simulator, published by iniBuilds and available at SIMMARKET. iBlueYonder is also the creator behind Portland International Airport (KPDX) for MSFS, released under the FlightBeam Studios label. Both products are highly regarded for their visual fidelity and immersive environments. With this expansion into X-Plane 12, iBlueYonder is extending its acclaimed airport portfolio to a new audience of simmers.
