Mombasa Moi International Airport (IATA: MBA, ICAO: HKMO), is the second largest airport in Kenya. And it was named after former Kenyan President Daniel arap Moi and serves the city of Mombasa, located approximately 425 kilometres (264 mi), by air, southeast of Nairobi main airport.
There are two terminals at the airport. Terminal 1 is primarily used for international flights, while Terminal 2 is used for domestic flights. Kenya airways uses both. And this scenery for in MSFS2024 is now on version v1.2 and still available via simMarket. From the developer “African Skies“.
A dozen of airlines airlines operate regular scheduled and charter flights from and to Mombasa Moi Airport, among which Mombasa Safari Airlines that provides Safari tour to the nearby Masai Mara National Park and JamboJet, a kenyan low cost airlines.
HKMO is the gate to several famous Wildlife Parks and also to relaxing stays on the Indian Ocean Coast (Diani Beach). Mombasa is only less than three hours flight away from Addis Ababa and Kigali. The flight to Nairobi last approximatively 45 min, with a beautiful view on Mount Kilimanjaro.
