Bridge Construction in MSFS: Realistic Add-ons for Enhanced Bridge Experiences

Even in MSFS 2024, bridges still mostly look anything but appealing. This is mainly due to the fact that satellite radar images can only depict bridges from above. This technique creates unsightly and often unrealistic bridge structures from a side perspective, which are unattractive to sim pilots, especially at low altitudes. A good example of this is the Interstate Bridge over the Columbia River north of Portland, which is flown over during the approach to Portland International Airport (KPDX, superbly implemented by iBlueYonder and FlightBeam Studios).

Microsoft has released the second major system update for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Sim Update 2 (version 1.4.20.0), has just been released and brings numerous improvements, bug fixes, and new features to the flight simulation game.

PMDG Releases Beta Versions of the 777 for MSFS 2024
