Flysimware has released version 1.2.3 of their Sierra C24R for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, delivering a mix of visual upgrades and important compatibility fixes—especially for MSFS 2024 users.
Among the improvements, the G3X, G5, and GTN bezels have received enhanced glass textures to reduce contrast issues, while the G5 HSI now includes a new Relative Wind feature. The G3X system has also been updated with the latest Navigraph plugin (v2.0.4).
This update addresses several longstanding bugs, including a static-looking prop blur animation, inaccuracies in the steam gauge attitude pitch card, and a GPS-to-heading mode pitch bug when using the TDS GTN750. For MSFS 2024 users, Flysimware has tackled multiple G5-related issues—such as font rendering, phase of flight display, and GPS distance readouts—alongside a fix for G3X map layer flickering.
This update ensures that the Sierra C24R remains a solid and polished choice for general aviation simmers.
