PMDG and Microsoft are investigating, with a temporary workaround available until a permanent fix is applied. In addition, a major sound environment upgrade is nearing release for the 777-300ER, 777F, and 777-200LR, featuring extensively re-engineered audio based on high-fidelity recordings and studio-grade processing.

Work on the 737 for MSFS 2024 has reached an important milestone, as the development team has officially pivoted from feature implementation to polishing and testing. The first native MSFS 2024 version, the 737-800, is now in beta fitness checks, with the -700, -900, and -600 to follow in quick succession once the lead variant is finalized. This marks a crucial step in ensuring the NG product line is fully adapted to the new simulator, with PMDG emphasizing quality over speed in the release timeline.

Finally, PMDG shared a first in-progress look at the 747 for MSFS, showcasing the highly detailed landing gear implementation that will feature in the upcoming product. While still in an early stage and missing elements in the test model, the preview highlights the level of visual sophistication planned for the Queen of the Skies.
