Just Flight has shared a fresh development update on the upcoming 146 Professional v2.4 upgrade for Microsoft Flight Simulator, confirming that work is now in its final stages. The team is aiming for a release before the end of this month, with the update launching simultaneously for MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.

This new version marks the ninth and final in-house Just Flight aircraft to receive an extensive overhaul for MSFS 2024. According to the developers, v2.4 will be the most significant upgrade yet, aligning the 146 Professional with the feature set and improvements previously introduced on its RJ Professional counterpart. In addition, several brand-new features will debut in this update.

As with previous overhaul releases, the upgrade will be free for existing owners, while new customers will benefit from an introductory discount at launch.

Just Flight plans to publish the full changelog, along with fresh screenshots and video previews, in the coming days as the release approaches.
