Aerosoft, in collaboration with FSDG, has released Réunion Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020, bringing Roland Garros International Airport (FMEE) and its distinctive Indian Ocean setting to the simulator.
Located on the French island of Réunion, between Madagascar and Mauritius, Roland Garros International Airport is known for its demanding approaches shaped by steep volcanic terrain, lush green slopes, and a coastline formed by surf and lava flows. The scenery captures this dramatic geography, combining tropical lighting conditions with accurate airport geometry to recreate the island’s unique operational environment.
The add-on features a detailed rendition of FMEE, including high-quality terminal and apron modeling, as well as precise runway layouts aligned with real-world data. Lighting has been tailored to tropical conditions, enhancing both daytime and night operations, while performance optimizations ensure smooth operation in both MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020.
Réunion Airport is well suited for regional traffic, long-haul operations, and scenic flights, offering a blend of European aviation standards and raw Indian Ocean landscapes.
The Aerosoft – FSDG – Réunion Airport for MSFS 2024/2020 is available now on SIMMARKET.
