Vertical Studios have issued the first series of Add-on Missions for Flight Simulator X, “Mountain Flying in Switzerland.” There are 3 missions in the series
Mission 1 called “Col de Coux” (Geneva) includes:
- Aeronautical charts of the departure, route, and arrival.
- FSX Nav Log, Flight plan(s) and GPS pre-programmed way-points.
- Real world voices reading plus written text of the mission.
The mission starts at Lake Geneva and takes you into the heart the beautiful surrounding Swiss Alps landing at an alpine landing strip which just happens to be located in a canyon. Each mission takes around 30 – 45 minutes to complete.
