Active Sky Next SP4 now Available
HiFi has released the Service Pack 4 for Active Sky Next. Intended for P3D / FSX / FSX:SE, you will get again a bunch of fixes and enhancements. Download here, or click here for full SP4 content info. Various issues related with METAR interpretation for weather depiction, or related with the radar API are now fixed.
Active Sky Next – Service Pack 4 Beta
Take advantage of the new Service Pack 4 Beta for Active Sky Next, as it fixes potential issues with SimConnect, ASConnect and adds the P3D V3 compatibility. For FSX users, they will get rid of any API radar errors or other “invalid simconnect version” message. Find their full announcement here.
Active Sky Next – SP3 Open Beta B5660
HiFi Technologies keeps on enhancing the Service Pack 3 for Active Sky Next while it’s still in Open Beta process. The new build B5660 has been posted and fixes items related with warnings options (unneeded restart, or failure to save/load, and no more AI traffic impacted by ambient modifications). iFly 737 with ASN Weather Radar
As announced in past December, iFly achieved a partnership with HiFi Technologies to integrate Active Sky Next data in their Navigation Display to add a realistic weather radar as new update for the iFly 737 NG. Just note that it works only for FSX / P3D.
