You need more than just the WCML North, unfortunately… The DMU 101 and Class 380 are both additional commercial add-ons, not included in the default sim or this scenario pack.
As nice as RailWorks2 is, it is getting *very* expensive to run with most add-ons requiring other commercial add-ons to function properly. 🙁
