This tool works with FSX SP2 (or Gold / Acceleration) to enhance the weather, enable autoplanning, and to build a flight package with airport diagrams, estimated time arrival. It’s even advertised that “…flight  are monitored, assessed, and debriefed, with a records database to review your flights”.
