If Microsoft Flight Simulator is updated to the last version 1.25.9.0, then you can download for free the new World Update IX to cover Italy and Malta.
The official, and optional, expansion will download a first batch, it’s mandatory, of nearly 305 Mb at the first launch of the simulator. Then, if you ask for the install of the new World Update IX to cover Italy and Malta, you will be required to download more than 4 Gb, which finally need 13 Gb of free space.
