Just Flight has announced an exciting new addition to their RJ Professional lineup: the RJ QT Freighter variant, set to be included in the upcoming update for both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.

As the team wraps up development on the MSFS 2024-native upgrade—aimed at full compatibility with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024’s Marketplace—they’ve also taken the opportunity to expand the RJ’s capabilities with a long-requested freighter version.

While the real-world RJ never officially entered freighter service, a cargo variant was proposed by the manufacturer in 2016 but never built. Just Flight now brings that vision to life in the simulator with the new RJ QT Freighter, featuring four liveries: prototype, FedEx, DHL, and TNT.

This update will be free for existing owners of RJ Professional and promises to bring new mission possibilities to virtual pilots who enjoy cargo operations.
