Aerosoft and ToLiss – A340-600 Pro MSFS Development Update

Aerosoft and ToLiss have shared a fresh development update on their upcoming A340-600 Pro for Microsoft Flight Simulator, highlighting solid progress, particularly on the visual front.

Recent work has focused on improving overall visual fidelity. The previously noted hazy and foggy effect on cockpit displays has been fully removed, while textures have been optimized specifically for MSFS 2024. In parallel, most of the liveries planned for the release version are now already integrated into the aircraft.

On the animation side, several elements have received further refinement, including noticeable improvements to wing flex. The teams have also addressed a number of systems-related bug fixes, contributing to a more stable and polished experience.

From a 3D standpoint, development is nearing completion. The main remaining items are the flap and slat undercarriage, along with a few minor details still to be finalized.

While no release date has been announced yet, Aerosoft and ToLiss confirm that development is progressing very well. As with all previews, the aircraft remains a work in progress, and further refinements are expected as the project moves closer to release.
