Just Flight has announced the upcoming release of the PA-28-181 Archer TX/LX for X-Plane 12, developed in partnership with Thranda Design. The aircraft continues Just Flight’s general aviation fleet upgrades for X-Plane 12, bringing the G1000-equipped Archer to the latest simulator standard.
The new Archer TX/LX features 8K textures inside and out, newly developed PBR materials, updated lighting effects, and revised flight dynamics, all designed to take full advantage of the X-Plane 12 engine.
The aircraft will also include Just Flight’s Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), now a standard feature across their X-Plane 12 fleet. The EFB supports multiple aircraft configurations, interactive checklists, and the Dynamic Livery system, allowing users to create custom liveries directly within the simulator.
Just Flight has confirmed that owners of the previous X-Plane 11 edition will be eligible for a discount on the new X-Plane 12 version. Additional details and previews are expected to be shared in the coming weeks. For now, Just Flight has released a first set of preview screenshots showcasing the aircraft in development.
