IndiaFoxtEcho shares MSFS development update across multiple jet projects

After several weeks without a public update, IndiaFoxtEcho has released a consolidated status report covering its current Microsoft Flight Simulator projects, outlining progress across four major aircraft programs.

Eurofighter Typhoon

Work has focused on product refinement rather than new feature expansion. A significant portion of development time has been dedicated to revising the fly-by-wire pitch response, following user feedback regarding handling characteristics.

In addition, a basic Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) implementation is being introduced, alongside a range of smaller quality-of-life improvements. The update is reportedly in its final testing phase, pending an additional validation cycle before release.

Douglas TA-4J Skyhawk

A recent internal project review identified minor cockpit geometry corrections and adjustments. These refinements are currently being implemented, with cockpit texturing work still ongoing.

A preliminary flight model is already in place, indicating that aerodynamic groundwork has begun, though the aircraft remains in active development.

F-16A Falcon (with Heatblur Simulations)

Development continues in collaboration with Heatblur Simulations. According to the update, the external and visual art phase remains in progress under Heatblur’s responsibility.

No screenshots are being shared at this time, but IndiaFoxtEcho reports strong progress on the visual side. A more detailed update is expected once additional milestones are reached.

F-35 Lightning II “2.0” Project

The F-35 update program remains a longer-term effort. Recent work has concentrated on reworking the geometry of multiple components and structural details. However, the developer notes that substantial work remains, and no significant visual previews are expected for several months.

Ongoing product maintenance

In parallel, smaller updates are being prepared for other aircraft in the IndiaFoxtEcho portfolio. These changes are described as minor adjustments with lower priority compared to the flagship projects listed above.

As for timelines, the developer reiterates its established policy: release dates will follow completion and testing rather than fixed schedules.

Further updates are expected once the Eurofighter patch clears its final testing phase and additional milestones are reached across the remaining programs.
