A new city enhancement brings the urban landscape of Milwaukee to life in Microsoft Flight Simulator with the release of Milwaukee City & Bridges, available for both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.
Positioned along the western shore of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee offers a distinctive skyline shaped by modern architecture, historic waterfront districts, and the network of bridges that span the city’s rivers and harbor channels. The scenery package focuses on recreating these recognizable visual references to enhance VFR navigation and sightseeing flights across the Great Lakes region.
The add-on introduces a detailed representation of the downtown skyline together with several of Milwaukee’s most recognizable bridges. These structures are integrated into the surrounding waterfront and urban environment to provide more accurate landmarks for pilots flying low-level city tours or approaching nearby airports.
With the enhanced shoreline and cityscape in place, pilots operating in the area—particularly those flying into or out of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport—gain a richer visual environment during arrivals and departures along the lakeshore.
The scenery has been optimized for smooth performance in both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 while adding depth and recognizable detail to the Milwaukee metropolitan area.
