Already released in last December 2010, US Cities – Las Vegas came with daytime photoreal textures but none for the night.

The US Cities collection sceneries are made for VFR flights, but Las Vegas isn’t a common city at all : as promised, the photoreal night textures are being prepared and will be free for existing users. Mathijs Kok of Aerosoft added they should raise the price after these night textures release, so you could save a few euros if you purchase now.
