I have to admit that the name of OryxSim’s latest Canadian airport release made me smile, having just spent time in the sim over the frozen white textures that cover most of the country by default at this time of year.

In fact, Chilliwack airport in British Columbia is a popular GA and commercial field, with around 75 aircraft based there and a terminal capable of handling small airliners up to 19 seats. In addition to the airport itself, OryxSim’s rendition includes corrections to the surrounding roads and adds the adjacent settlement.

That’s not all that’s new though; in addition to the single airport, you can now buy Kelowna, Okotoks, Castlegar and Chilliwack together in one single package, entitled “Canadian Airports 1“
