The Hunang Manufacturing company is making the tools and molds for the aircraft themselves. This is news because General Aviation is in fact still non-existent in China, where aviation is limited to the military and official arlines! With new laws in place allowing civilians to take flying lessons and start flying in 2010 there obviously is a HUGE market for all things aviation !
