It’s a scenery specially modelled for MSFS with serious upgrades compared to the P3D version. And they added points of interest like the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum

FlightBeam Studios launched the version 3 of KIAD HD Washington Dulles. They updated the US airport scenery for P3D 4 with SODE jetways, dynamic lights, enhanced performance.
