FSDG – Mauritius MSFS
This is a perfect combination to fly to Mauritius island in the Indian Ocean, not too far from Madagascar or the other scenery of Mayotte, also from FSDG. This MSFS title covers the entire island and, at the same time, installs the detailed airport FIMP.

FSDG asked to AviationLads to film an Official Teaser of the upcoming scenery of Mauritius for MSFS. Filmed at different flight altitude, you will discover the global look of the island in the Indian Ocean, and the visual results of the custom buildings, towns and beaches.
FSDG – Mauritius XP11 or Enfidha XP11
Mauritius Island and its main airport FIMP are beautiful in X-Plane, after the hard work of FSDG to reproduce the terrain, buildings and details. Their second release for X-Plane, is Enfidha DTNH, another airport with nice models and textures, in Tunisia this time.

When FSDG released the update 1.2 for Mauritius island and FIMP airport in P3D FSX, Aviation Lads edited this video to celebrate the nice enhancements for this scenery. This patch brings PBR textures (P3Dv4), new apron layout, improved lights, improved approach lights, improved terminal textures”.

Rhodes, Bremen, Cape Town, Enfidha have been the last releases from FSDG, for P3D and X-Plane. Their next project will invite the simmers to one of most famous islands in the Indian Ocean, Mauritius. We’ll get detailed both the island AND the airport (FIMP).

Mauritius freeware scenery
The project has been followed in FSDevelopers forum, and got his place here in last December. It’s now time for you to start downloading this new freeware scenery of Mauritius FIMP, thanks to Max Kraus. Search for mauritius_fsx.zip in your usual file library. The FS2004 version may come a bit later.

In FSdevelopers.com forum, there are plenty of FS projects work-in-progress previews. One of the most interesting on the past days, is the Mauritius Intl airport, looking very well designed, for FSX and FS2004, and to be released as freeware.
