Majestic Software are fairly well known within the complex sim community for their detailed, if now ageing, simulation of the Bombardier DASH8-300 turboprop airliner.
They have been working for some time on a follow up, featuring the stretched and modernised Q400 variant, and have posted the video above to YouTube, which shows some of the panel features during a demonstration of a crosswind landing in Microsoft Flight Simulator X.
There’s no release date set for the package that we are aware of, but it looks like it could well be a worthy successor to the earlier version.
