FSInventions have released version 1.5 of their “Instant Approach” tool, which allows you to set up an approach to any runway, anywhere in the world, with set weather and other conditions.

The new version allows better filtering of approach parameters, so you can find a runway more appropriate to what you are trying to do, as well as manual setting of altitude if preferred. The update is free for existing customers. FS Instant Approach is available at simMarket.
