It was a payware DLC in Farming Simulator 17, also available at simMarket, and the virtual farmers that moved to the latest version Farming Simulator 19 will find again their equipments and the pellets industry.
The add-on Straw Harvest comes back in a new version compatible FS19 and it’s free.
