What you can discover in these screenshot ? We can start from the first . you can see the new weather engine that it brings to reality the weather change in the same footage . This is not possible nowadays with MSFS 2020 . You can see the Sun over the hurricane . New weather system could support a strong dynamic weather change .
Below you have a screenshot that shows balloons.
New Physics system it seems could manage more than one AI flying objects. Nowadays MSFS 2020 only manage planes and ships (multiple ai objects ) but we have no way to manage for example moving AI Heli …. This limitaiton could be no anymore a limitation on MSFS 2024 engine
Last screenshot below it shows what i hoped for a long time ! Dynamic Ray Tracing full implemented on scene ! As you can see this is not a simple reflection but is an heavy Ray Tracing implementation . This screenshot in my opinion is the screenshot that shows the best improvments on Dynamic Lighting Engine of MSFS 24

Have to ask, how much were you paid to write this?
Let’s be clear, MSFS2020 does NOT manage AI planes and ships. This aspect of the sim is horrific. There is nothing to suggest an improvement is in the works four years after the initial release, and nothing to date to suggest it will be improved in 2024. This article is “could and should” conjecture. Some fancy pictures and balloons are great eye candy, but how about something of substance. A rollover to 2024 is not in the works unless this issue is addressed.
