Just Flight and DC Designs have released update v1.1.1a for the Concorde in Microsoft Flight Simulator, bringing several important enhancements and fixes to this legendary supersonic airliner.

One of the most notable additions is the optional CIVA INS, allowing proper LAT/LON navigation procedures and offering a more authentic Concorde flight experience. The update also introduces new visual effects such as reheat, engine smoke, and wing vapour, adding to the aircraft’s realism both inside and out.

Further refinements include:

• Correction of Captain’s Mach gauge animation
• Re-animation of all major instruments for greater accuracy
• Addition of an extra Air France livery
• Updated manual for INS operation
• Updated checklists for INS and MCU operation
• Removal of redundant taxi light switches
• Revised Mach drum code for greater accuracy
