X-Crafts has released an update v2.1.0 for E-Jets Family in X-Plane 12 and 11. It’s a free update that introduces a fully functional weather radar and several other improvements. This update enhances immersion by displaying real-time precipitation on the MFD and PFD, allowing pilots to plan routes and avoid storms just like in the real Embraer E-Jets.
The new weather radar takes advantage of the features introduced in X-Plane 12.3.0, and users are required to run that version or later for full radar functionality. Alongside this major new feature, the update brings compatibility refinements, smoother flight director performance, and multiple bug fixes.

- E-Jets Family 3.0 – Expected in 2026 (Q1–Q2), introducing a custom autopilot with holds, dual MFDs, green dot speed, reworked cockpit and cabin textures, improved systems, and E-Freighter variants
