SwissMilSim has released new updates (v2.2.0 / v2.5.0) for its classic warbirds in preparation for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 compatibility and to refine the flying experience in both versions of the sim.
What’s new?
The updates focus primarily on improving canopy and windshield textures, carefully reworked to prevent excessive reflections and unrealistic scratch marks that can disrupt immersion.
In addition, the developers have revamped the ground brake system, making taxiing and directional control more natural and manageable.
Other tweaks include enhanced checklists, and refined manual and automatic start-up procedures for all three aircraft.
The updated products :
- SWISSMILSIM – Morane D-3801 MSFS v2.2.0
- SWISSMILSIM – De Havilland Vampire DH-100 MSFS v2.2.0
- SWISSMILSIM – De Havilland Venom DH-112 MK4 MSFS v2.5.0
If you’re flying these historic jets or the Swiss-built Morane in MSFS 2020 or getting ready for MSFS 2024, these updates are worth your attention.
