Pilot Experience Sim has shared the latest progress on their ambitious Paris Charles de Gaulle (LFPG) project, giving flight sim enthusiasts an inside look at November’s development milestones.
This month, the team focused on advancing large sections of the airport, a task that requires meticulous organization due to LFPG’s size and complexity. Showing progress previews each month is a challenge in itself, but the team managed to highlight several key areas.
Featured in the November update are the 4th tower, the West tower, and a glimpse of the North section’s ground layout. Meanwhile, work continues on Terminals 1 and 2, alongside the ongoing study and integration of advanced interactive lighting features such as RELS and Stopbar lights.
In addition, hundreds of secondary buildings have been completed and are gradually being incorporated into the scenery. Pilot Experience Sim is particularly proud of their new parallax library, which enhances both day and night rendering for a more immersive experience.
The team’s steady progress promises that LFPG will continue to grow into one of the most detailed and realistic airports available for flight simulation.
