In spite of some accurately quirky handling characteristics based on the developer’s own aircraft, Joachim Schweigler’s little Robin DR400 4-seat tourer, released through Aerosoft, has won a number of fans.

Those in the community who prefer their add-ons in boxes on the shelf rather than downloaded now have the option to join the fan club as well, if they wish, following the release of the aircraft on DVD. The package features numerous paints and both more and realistically stable flight models, in case the real D-EVEM’s idiosyncracies don’t suit virtual pilots, as well as custom gauge work, sounds, GPSs and much more.
