Why don’t you take the lead and make it an online only magazine?
Most of the cost are the actual printing and mailing.
Many of the main stream magazine are available digital with the exact same advertisers.

Actually, if it were an online only mag, I would probably not continue the subscription. As I like to read in various places and in detail, not just in front of my monitor, having the mag in hardcopy is needed. However, if they went back to a monthly run, I may be open to an alternating schedule: 1st month hard copy, next month online, etc.
I’m very happy with both magazines, Computer Pilot and PC Pilot. So long as quality is not sacrificed, I’ll still be taking both.
