1. Narita International Airport(RJAA) V2 – know as Narita Tokyo Airport.
2. Shizuoka Airport(RJNS) – also called Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport
3. Tokyo International Airport(RJTT) – known as Airport

first of all. if you had RJAA v1. upgrading to V2 is free.

what about RJTT?
you already know, Technobrain will release RJTT v2 in 2 months.

and FSdreamteam’s POLL2014. RJTT located at the 3-position.
we still don’t know they will make RJTT or not.
