This is not a new programm. It was available since min. 2009 from http://www.mudpond.org/ and is just now sold by Flight 1.
May be it is reworked.
Sometimes strange behaviours of air files happened in the past, the flight dynamics changed unforeseen. But in general it helps.
However not for unexperienced developpers.
