The picture may say 4.0, but in a press release this morning, Captain Sim are pleased to announce that version 4.1 of their B757 pack for MS FSX is now available.
The package is available as a modular set comprising the “Pro Pack” (B757-200), with -300 and freighter variants available in addition. There’s also an upgrade to “Block F” for those who have the earlier “Block B”. For further details, visit Captain Sim’s website here.

I believe their website originally said “Windows XP only”, although that was apparently put there before Vista was released, to state that it would not work on Windows 2000/ME.
According to the CS forums, there are users running it on Vista without any more issues than their XP-using counterparts. I’d suggest you check there (via their webpage) if you would like to confirm this directly.
Thanks Ian, I bought all packs right after the release, and already had my account reactivated once, so I had only one installation left and was afraid to use that up as well…
