UK Air Show Season Starts

Opening the 2009 Air Show season, the Spring Air Show on Sunday 17 May celebrates the Best of British in an aerial spectacle that features civil and historic aircraft, both vintage and modern. Concorde 002 (or is if 02? Can never remember between the French and British test aircraft) is permanently resident in one of the hangars at Duxford.

Still, the museum is very worth visiting, as is the Shuttleworth Collection, a short drive away, which has a large collection of Edwardian flying machines.

Great Museum, last time I was there they had a Concorde on show.
