Pacific Islands Simulation has already an attractive sceneries catalogue at simMarket.

Tonga Domestic FSX is their newest entry, featuring 3 domestic airports in Kingdom of Tonga. It covers all the three islands with photoreal textures, custom vegetation. You may add to it a mesh and AI ships traffic with MyTraffic for instance.
