Since MyTraffic X release in 2010 and exclusively compatible with FSX, you can get the older MyTraffic 2006 free for FS9 if that’s the simulator you fly with.
To find the download link, you have to open MyTraffic 2013 product page and read the “additional download” section just above the screenies.
