Portland – Vancouver Photoreal from VERO

The area around Portland and Vancouver in Northern Oregon/Southern Washington respectively may have been made more famous in the FS world by a landclass based scenery product, but when a region looks this good, it’s not surprising that developers wish to cover it in photoscenery instead.

VERO have done exactly that with two products; “Silver” covering most seasons with colour corrected 1m/pixel aerial photography, while “Hard Winter” adds the fifth FS season to the collection, with more appropriate snow-covered landscape textures. All textures have had night lighting effects added and feature airport enhancements such as position/alignment correction and 30cm/pixel photoscenery around specific airports to be added later as a free download.
