The X-Plane developers blog gives an overview of what to expect from the next X-Plane 10.30 upgrade.
One of the big new features is the new GPS Navigator. They will also enhance the visuals of clouds, fog and increase the scenery distance display. Maybe the Oculus Rift device support will be included as well.
