This has been “news” for a couple of days, but we’ve chosen not to report it until there was a definitive answer which, unfortunately, there now is. The popular “fixer” for DX10 in FSX has been withdrawn from sale by the author ‘”for personal reasons”, as stated here, in response to a question on his blog, although he also states that he may reconsider this decision. As can be seen from numerous posts of support and comment around the FS sites, the work and effort put in by the developer to make the DX10 “preview” usable for FSX is greatly appreciated.
