UK2000 is about to release a new X-Plane scenery in Scotland : EGPF Glasgow.
Their announcement already lists the included features like PBR, 3D approach lights, numerous airport vehicles.
Note that the developers added in the comments that it’s adapted from their FSX P3D scenery released back in 2013, so it’s not totally accurate compared to the current airport installations in real life.
